Information you submit
When you submit an inquiry through this website — for example a sample package request or a sales inquiry — we collect the information you provide, such as your name, business email, company, country or region, and the details of your request. We use this information solely to respond to your commercial inquiry and to communicate with you about SpeedX DATA products and licensing.
Service providers
Form submissions are processed by our website infrastructure provider (Cloudflare), stored in our database provider (Supabase), and email notifications are delivered by our email provider (Resend). These providers process the data on our behalf to operate the inquiry workflow.
Technical information
To protect the inquiry forms from abuse, we record limited technical context with each submission, such as the page the form was submitted from, referrer information, browser user agent, and a one-way hashed identifier derived from the network address. We do not store raw IP addresses with inquiries.
Retention and contact
We retain inquiry records for as long as needed to handle your request and maintain our commercial records. To ask about, correct, or delete information you have submitted, contact us at contact@speedxdata.com.
